Our new name and identity are here!

We are the same charity who, for many years have worked to help NHS Borders do more however we have launched a new name and identity that we believe better communicates who we are and better reflects our mission and values both for now and into the future. We are still your local healthcare charity and, as the official charity of NHS Borders, we support the staff, patients, and communities of the Scottish Borders to live happier, healthier lives. We want every patient to receive the best possible care and support across all of our sites and community settings.

Please bear with us as, over the next few weeks, we transition all our online resources over to our new name and identity.

As part of our re-launch we are asking you to help us support staff and patients, where the need is greatest. We are incredibly grateful for the many donations we receive from grateful patients and their families, however these donations come with express wishes about where they should spent. We will always look to honour these very personal motivations for giving however we also want to be able to help in wards and services that perhaps don’t traditionally receive donations. That is why we are launching our greatest need campaign. We are asking you to consider giving to the charity and allowing us to identify and support the projects that will have an impact on patient care and staff wellbeing across the full breadth of NHS Borders services.
