Maura Kennedy Fair Book Fundraiser

We were delighted to welcome local author Maura Kennedy Fair following her fantastic fundraising efforts in support of Borders Cancer Service.

At the recent launch of her second book, The Guest Who Changed Everything, Maura generously donated the profits from book sales, raising an incredible £310.00 for the service. Guests at the event also contributed through a collection on the night, adding a further £49.21 to the total.

Thanks to the support of everyone who attended, a wonderful £359.21 has been raised to help support patients and families accessing cancer services across the Scottish Borders.

We are incredibly grateful to Maura for choosing to support Borders Cancer Service in this way. Her kindness, generosity and commitment to making a difference in her local community are greatly appreciated.
