u3a Three Brethren

We were delighted to welcome members of U3A Three Brethren to the Margaret Kerr Unit earlier this week, where they kindly presented a donation of £200 in support of the Margaret Kerr Unit & Palliative Care Service in the Borders.

This generous contribution was raised through the group’s activities and given in memory of their dear friend, Val Harling, who was a much‑loved and valued member of the group. Their thoughtful gesture honours her beautifully and will help support the compassionate care provided within the unit.

A sincere thank‑you to everyone involved for your kindness, generosity, and continued support. Your contribution makes a meaningful difference to patients and families across the Borders.
